We offer flexible appointment times, including after-hours appointments, by prior arrangement only. Outside of our normal walk-in hours (9:30am–5:00pm), please call or text to confirm availability before arriving. This helps ensure we are able to assist you.

Yes. If your cellphone screen is damaged outside our normal business hours, we can usually assist by prior arrangement. Please note: • An after-hours surcharge applies for repairs completed outside standard business hours • Overnight emergency repairs (between 8:00pm and 8:00am) may incur an additional surcharge • All after-hours services are subject to availability and prior confirmation • Surcharges may be waived if agreed in advance We kindly ask customers not to arrive after hours without contacting us first, so we can confirm availability and the best way to assist.
